Both of us met when we were studying for our Masters of Applied Psychology in Coaching and worked together in a number of class assignments. Ever since then, we share ideas and thoughts around business and started exploring in collaborating together. Initially we started working on another project early last year and then in a spark of a moment, we decided to write this book. When we embarked on writing this book, it was just an idea we had about 2 years ago. The primary reason that inspired us to even consider writing this book was the challenges and pain points that Business Owners, Leaders in Organizations and even Human Resources Professionals share with us when we interact with them.
